Refunds: Are given (not including postage and packaging fees) for the cost of the item where it has arrived faulty. You will have upto 7 days from time of receipt to return that item(s) to me within it's original packaging. You must signify via email to [email protected] within 7 hours of receiving the item of your intent to return it, otherwise no refunds will be given without prior notification. However, we do hope that you will like the item very much! The refunds will only be given for the jewellery items, not for any other paid item via this site ie personal readings or paintings. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone I found disruptive or abusive.
