SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE GROWS WITH EXPERIENCE
This page was written by me about 4 years ago. I'm in the middle of reviewing, adapting, changing certain parts. As we grow and develop Spirituality our knowledge expands and because of this if you come back by Feb 10, 2020 this page will be completed. 

But for now, why not sit back and have a read anyway.  I have spent many hours creating this website over the years and am proud to be able to share my knowledge to perhaps help those seeking to increase their own spiritual growth.

Going To The Spirit World
Your loved ones have done it, and at some stage you will do it too. We all will!  

​I'm talking about crossing over onto the 'other side', even the wealthiest of Celebrities cannot hide from it and just like you don’t have the power to stop the sun from shining, neither can you stop your own transition bus from arriving....

You will someday be ‘forced’ to take that journey.  You won’t be able to take the money you’ve saved in the bank, the material items in your home, your clothes, mobile phone, make-up or laptop...or car.... you will ONLY travel with your consciousness that will retain your personality and your memories.  Start making some good ones!  

It’s possibly due to the lack of understanding and personal awareness about the Transition Process, commonly known as Death, could be the reason why most people tend to bury their heads in the sand, hoping they can avoid it.

Until it happens to someone you know...
Some people won't even become aware of the 'other side' until someone close to them 'dies', then perhaps,  they might be inquisitive enough to wonder, does the spirit survive?  When you begin to question the possibility of a 'life -  after death', (one of biggest debates in the world) you have already begun to consciously spiritually awaken and should you continue awakening.... you will find yourself 'thirsty' and at times, desperate for more information. 

Opening your mind.... to the possibility
The more you open up your awareness the more spiritual unfoldment takes place and as it does and as you search through books, the internet, visit Spiritual churches, go to psychic or spiritual workshops to find out 'the truth', you will start to realise that a whole new world opens up that you have been living beside but not realising all this was available to you.  

Spiritual Teachers
The more you awaken thus then, will your spiritual teachers suddenly appear, just like the rose petals opening.
At some stage you will comfortably and undoubtedly get to believe and fully understand that the reality of a 'life - after death' is absolutely true and our spirit, our consciousness, our personality does not die. 
​We actually survive physical death and to prove it, Spiritual mediums have learnt the skills required to make the communication between both worlds possible. 

What are Spirit Guides?
I believe Spirit guides are our helpers and friends in the spirit world. They are energy of light. Some may have walked the earth in physical human form before, whilst others made the decision to remain within the Spiritual realm and not to experience an 'earthly existence'.

I also believe that our earthly lives from the minute of birth are conditioned to learn, evolve, live a happy life until our own physical transition to take with us the knowledge we learnt from our physical experiences be them good or bad back to the Spiritual realm to help us evolve as higher spiritual beings. 

​IT IS a guarantee that we shall all die at some stage.... however, the word... die, does not exist in my book, because we do NOT spiritually die, our essence, our consciousness stays alive.   

TA RA.... TOODLEY HOO...  BON VOYAGE
Because our spirit, our essence, our energy, our consciousness needs a physical body to sustain an existence of physical living on earth and when the time comes that our body can no longer survive, our Spirit leaves the body and returns to the non-physical dimension, the Spirit World, which is home to our Spirit even before, we were born into a physical body. 
​The Spiritual Realm I believe... is simply a BREATH AWAY!

OUR OWN SPIRITUAL CONTRACT
As Spirit beings we decide to experience life on 'earth' in many various ways and for a certain amount of time. 
​Whilst some of us will have made the decision to stay for many, many years, others whilst their soul enters the human form will still change our minds half way down...  I wonder if this is why sometimes we have miscarriages? 

I wonder is the soul who has freewill decides that the short journey they made was all the 'lesson' their wanted to experience?  Of course extremely sad for the mothers. But I wonder? (No debates please, this is just my opinion)

SPIRIT GUIDES - SPIRIT FRIENDS -
We all, from birth have a number of spirit friends that join us at different times in our lives I believe, just like at school then we have different teachers for different subjects, Maths teachers, English teachers, P.E Teachers, Drama teachers, Science teachers and so on. Each spirit friend helps and guides us towards the pathway of enlightment.

​They cannot tell us what to do, but help provide more understanding and clarity in terms of our own questions. It's our own free-will whether we pay attention or not, just like at school.

AT THE END of your BOARDING SCHOOL
You can decide to enjoy your stay at 'Earth's Boarding School', enjoy the experiences, learn, progress and develop your self-awareness, help others along their way, demonstrate kindness, selflessness, compassion, forgiveness or you can be mischievous, misbehave in class, deter others from learning, be disruptive, obnoxious,  decide you know all there is to know and through your own Ego allow yourself to be left short of the REAL knowledge, missing vital information to take you to the next stage. From the minute of being born we are just like a Seed of a Flower... We will grow, blossom and then expire.  Well, ok maybe Expire was too much of a strong word to explain the term 'death', but our Physical body was not made to live an eternal life on Earth.... Can you imagine all of your ancestors, your friends, etc all still living, where would we put everybody??

Spiritual Schools
I believe Spiritualism should be taught in schools as its own religion because all of us, as 'shuddering' as it may be, will one day take our final, human breath. .... and pass right on through the same door our loved ones took before us, but,  if as children we are taught not to fear death, but to understand the process and the life after death, perhaps we would all be a bit more appreciative of our physical lives' and of each other.

OUR VEHICLE
A car cannot work forever without maintenance otherwise it will grow old, rusty and mucky. There will come a time when our physical body just like our car, can no longer run like it used to.
Our soul, which resides within our vehicle (our physical body) which is simply a suit, the amour to protect our hidden spirit BUT when our physical body grows old, weak or is prematurely fatally damaged then our spirit must return to the spiritual dimension where it can survive without a physical body and unfortunately, we don't get to say goodbye to our physical family and friends, we don't get to say where we buried the treasure, sometimes we transition to the Spirit world without having updated or completed our 'WILL' and say who we'd like our personal effects to be given to. 

This can save a lot of extra family distress by having this already arranged. 

Your Final Hours
They are coming, you can't hide 'anywhere'...  Have you thought about it, or does the actual 'thought' of it, terrify you? The idea is not to scare you but to enlighten you to the awareness of how important your life is right now.  Physical living is so short and even me at the time of creating this website approaching 42 years old in 2 days time (28th June 2013 - omg scary)....  makes me wonder what have I done with all my time, my life so far!  I hope to live another 60 years at least and I intend to have more fun and happiness in my life from now, due to my spiritual awakening and realising the purpose of life.  Your transition may very well be,  50+ years from now but one day, like myself also, you will be 'forced' to make that transition, whether you want to or not.

Is Ignorance Bliss...
OR Not??
Sometimes we hide our head in the sand and try to steer away from 'death', until someone we know crosses over and we have to attend their funeral... and then BAMN it hits us square in the face and I find it's usually at funerals most people face reality (which may last until they reach home) > that life is so short. 

The question is:  Would you prefer to live happier now, until your funeral (sorry if this depresses you) or have on your headstone "Here lays a 'trouper' - worked like the Clappers - had little time for fun - was miserable and broke all the time - stayed in a dead end job - and forgot to do the will"  

When Your Gone - Your Gone
Some people will say "well what does it matter, when you're gone, you're gone".  My reply is: "What about your family?"  When in the spirit world you see that they are stressed with your passing, but yet you have no physical voice to let them know you are ok, how will you feel then?  Why cause more suffering to your family and friends than you need to?

This book is created by Anne-Marie, which allows you to complete your 'last wishes' it also allows you to write in lots of information about who you are as a person, your hopes and dreams, and there's even a space for special photos and special phone numbers. This book is for a mother to complete and give to her child as their keepsake - a great book that can be done together, so you can be appreciated for being more than just a mum! Makes a great unique gift!

Making Your List
I believe in preparation for life.  This means not only do you need to prepare yourself to live a great physical life, you also need to prepare yourself for the time of the transition.  My Advice  Get a 'WILL' done, and if you can't afford a solicitor, do a dvd, complete a written testament and have 2 people sign it for you, or just write a list headed 'Last Wishes'.

Include On It...
Who you want your pets to go to, your books, your home, your films, your dvd's, your clothes, your money, your dinner plates, your pictures, your music etc.   Include also...  Important  Names and Numbers you should have listed Family, Friends, Work Colleagues, College Tutors,  your email address /passwords (you may want to give this to only one person to hold for you).  If you crossed over today, there will be many people left out of the loop that wouldn't know.    Have a contact list, an email list, a wish list of effects, a funeral list (who you'd like there) - songs to be played, how you would like it to be, (I've asked for white doves). 



Why This Is Important
This is a conversation that once it's out the way with your family and you've written your will, then you can concentrate on life because if you have to go through that 'transition' at any time, at least the suffering of your family won't be extended to the 'what funeral arrangements' you wanted etc.  I'm just realistic that's all. 

SUDDEN DEATH
When we are taken 'suddenly' it can be a very distressing experience for those left in the physical (family and friends), one - because of the sudden circumstances and especially if they were young.  Sometimes disease will be our passing condition and if we are lucky we get to say our goodbyes throughout our illness albeit absolutely sad for the family to witness the deterioration health of a loved one. But at least our Spirit guides and family will be there to make our transition that much easier.

When will you get yours updated?

THE AFTER EFFECTS OF FAMILY LEFT BEHIND
Sometimes people who are as fit as a fiddle, are taken suddenly.  Let's be honest, there is no pleasant way to go... especially if you've begun to enjoy the physical life.  For me, well I can only hope I get to complete my goals and dreams and I transition back to the spirit world in my sleep!   I hope that's the contract I made before coming down here lol.   Death is a funny thing, it's like why does the crossing over have to be so traumatic and 'expensive' too, it can cause drama within the family should we be taken suddenly, who is going to have what etc. etc.  So if you are reading this, well done! But also, my question to you is:  Have you completed a will?  If not, why? 

LIVING WITH REGRETS
Have you made peace with those you have bickered with, in the past?  Have you recently told family members how much you love them?  Trust me, your consciousness in the physical will be able to live better saying aloud what is in your heart and to the person involved.  I should know, I live with regrets every day, for not saying the words 'I love you' to them.  I appreciate that they know now, but darn, I'd have love to have told them in person!

Transitioning to the Spirit World
Truthfully, there isn't really a bus, train or plane to take you to the spirit world; you simply cross over when you take.... ONE BREATH.... your final breath as your spirit drifts away from your physical body. You may shudder at the thought of this but it's my belief that if people were taught about death from an early age, as adults we would possibly handle the concept of death a lot more better, especially when it comes to losing loved ones (in my opinion).  

The Spirit Language
There are many types of mediums' who can communicate with your loved ones in the spirit world and relay back evidence as proof of their survival beyond the physical body through the spiritual language of "thought".   But due to the difficulty of maintaining the energy, our spirit friends communicate with information that can be given in the shortest method.   This could be symbols, numbers, images, faces, words etc, hence why the medium using their psychic interpretation skills may be able to deifier quickly the meanings of certain symbols... to understand the spiritual evidence clearer.  Click here for a demonstration of a possible communication interpretation of the above symbols.

SPIRIT COMMUNICATION THROUGH THE DREAM STATE
Some people don't even realise it's when we dream, that our minds are open enough, that our loved ones find it easier to communicate with us, whether we are a spiritualist or not.  During our deepest sleep state our own spirit is free from the restraints of our physical bodies and for a short while we can re-unite with our discarnate spirit friends and family, even our pets!  Sometimes we are lucky to have a conversation, others take comfort in just seeing their presence.

SENSATION OF SOMEONE HOLDING YOU DOWN
There may be an occasions when you're having a really great sleep (dreaming of lovely stuff) but then you slightly awaken to feel as if you cannot move or that someone (something) is pressing down on you - this sensation can be very scary as the first thoughts that may run through your mind, is that something Supernatural (EVIL) is holding you down.  I used to have many of these episodes and it use to scare me senseless and some nights I would sleep with the light on!   Ok, so let me clear this matter up once and for all, just in case you have  experienced the same thing!

Ok the UN-SCARY - Clarification Bit!
Sometimes when you are in your deepest sleep state (Delta Stage 3) your skeletal muscles are somewhat paralysed or deeply relaxed should I say and limited perception of environmental stimuli could create an opportunity for your spirit to be able to roam free for a period of time within the spirit world.   This is also known as OBE Out of Body Experience.  To some of us it will happen naturally and even without requesting it to happen, whereas others have trained themselves to have this experience on will... Good Luck to that one I say, lol!  However, when your spirit returns and is about to re-enter your body and you awaken consciously, this middle ground can feel as if someone is sitting or pressing down on you.  You are awake, can't move, feel a little distressed because of fear of what the 'hell' is going on...  your spirit in our English language is probably thinking "oh sh*t".    But if this happens to you (as it did to me many a time) allow yourself to drift back to sleep, your spirit will re-enter your body without disturbance and the sensation of someone holding you down will disappear.  This can happen within seconds or a couple of minutes.

PSYCHIC ART
Psychic art is a method used by Psychic artists in order to prove evidence of survival of the spirit person.  The Psychic Artist (like Anne-Marie) are able to communicate with and draw the face of a loved one in spirit. The Psychic artist and recipients however cannot command which spirit loved one should come forward but with the recipients open-mind and open-heart during a sitting will provide the right kind of energy for their loved one to possibly visit.

When your loved ones transition to the Sprit World, to communicate with a medium can be hard enough, but then to try and make that medium draw a 'real life photographic portrait' of you on top, can be equally as hard.  That's why with some Psychic artists, including myself we aim to draw good resemblances of your loved ones without a guarantee of a photographic image appearing.. I wish and I aim for that with every drawing I do.

My Spirit Guides
I highly, believe in Spirit Guides, I do believe our family members will look after us as our personal spirit guides and guardian angels when they cross to the Spirit world before us, so perhaps the faces I draw for you, are your family members that could be termed your Spirit Guides? 

This subject will vary from person to person regarding their own beliefs on this subject. I’m aware of many Spirit Guides for  me: Marcus (Main) African warrior, Gillian a lady from the 40's-50's, who wore black seamed  tights, pencil skirt and a large ascot hat, My Spirit Master – trains me in  school of thought – William a higher spiritual friend helps me with my higher development, Nana – not mine but a real scouse lady – A Tibetan monk – Zachariah my animal tiger - my gran(s), my uncle and others.

WASTING AWAY VALUABLE TIME
We waste so much of our life procrastinating which is such a shame. We don't take our life by the BALLS and run..with it.  We complain, We moan, We become couch potato's, We envy other people, We stop believing in ourselves, Life begins to pass us by and we simply become Lazy!      Then when D-Day comes.... we are like "oh..oh", I wish I had done, this and this and this, and told this person how much I love them" etc. Don't wait another DAY, go and tell 2 people TODAY that you love them!  I dare you too!

What reality are you living today?

LIFE IS FOR LIVING
Your Physical life is for living..... not just for existing like a ROBOT....  fix up and get up and go and achieve a mini goal for yourself this month.   List all your belongings you have in your home and write down who you'd like to have what.... you never know..... you could POP OFF at any moment.

CONTACTING US from THE OTHER WORLD
It's not an 'easy process' as a spirit person to arrange for a message to reach their family that they are safe and well, especially if that family does not believe in an 'after-life' and especially via the connection of Mediumship.  Sometimes the messages have to be given to friends to pass it on (at some stage).  This could take earthly years to arrange for the right person to be at the right mediumship demonstration / sitting who will then be brave enough to pass it on.  How long do you think it would take for you to get a message to your family and friends, via a medium?  Let me tell you.... a very long time, save yourself the anguish.... do what can be done today and live each day as if it's your last... when you do pop your clogs, at least you will have died happy and not miserable and lonely.  

We are ALL COFFIN DOGGERS the minute we are born, so in my opinion
you'd better start enjoying your  life....NOW!      Like me....!!

Do I  Provide Spirit Guide Drawings:
Not yet!  But I do create the most amazing and beautiful Aura Soul Drawings.  Whilst there are many fabulous Psychic Artists out there who draw wonderful and amazing Spirit Guides.  I do not draw Spirit Guides currently for anyone else other than myself or very, very close friends. Because I don’t believe that Spirit Guides have to be a nun, a native American or a warrior.     I believe spirit guides could be your mother, your grandmother, your father, your great, great, great uncle etc, but mostly because when an artist draws a Spirit Guide - No Real Validation can be obtained.  No Proof of Evidence if you have a nun, a native American or those from different parts of the world than you that you never met, can be offered by the Artist and I'm simply all about the PROOF!  I suppose that’s maybe why I’ve never been guided to draw them as yet, who knows maybe as I develop in the future I may!  A contradiction right there lol!   I've only ever drawn an Egyptian Spirit Guide for a friend because she said she wasn't after the validation she just wanted to see their face.
